Jeffries Currey Memorial Wall

The Jeffries Currey Memorial wall was officially opened on the 16th April 2000 in the grounds of Sandgate Cemetery

by two of the three surviving Victoria Cross recipients Keith Payne VC and Edward Kenna VC. of the day, to memorialise those men and women who are either buried or memorialised on a headstone in the cemetery.

Emblazoned on the wall are the names and some limited service information for each person.
